David Mayernik designs, and even executes, refined decorative objects in the Renaissance and Baroque tradition. He has also designed and painted stage sets for the performance of Baroque operas.
He works with some of the best craftspeople in Italy and the United States to realize one-of-a-kind decorative objects, from music boxes to picture frames.
His opera sets have been praised by the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Classical Review for their lively period character.
